There are various reasons that hip pain occurs. It can be a direct result of a hip based issue such as Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and Tendonitis, or can be referred pain from elsewhere. Treatment will often include an X-ray as this can confirm diagnosis and the extent of the problem. Then your Chiropractor can put together a program of treatment for you.

This may contain a combination of interventional therapy such as massage, manipulation with stretching and gentle exercise.
